This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play our mobile applications: Physics! Fun and Dumpster! Dive (collectively, the “Apps”).

We are based in Türkiye and act as the Data Controller (Veri Sorumlusu) regarding your personal data.

By accessing or playing our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address (Personally Identifiable Information/PII) directly.

A. Information Collected Automatically

  • Identifiers: Internet Protocol (IP) address (anonymized where possible), Advertising IDs (Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID/GAID), and Firebase Installation IDs.
  • Usage Data: Details about how you use the Apps, including buttons clicked, in-game objects selected, game progress, session length, and crash reports.

B. Financial Information

Our Apps offer In-App Purchases (IAP) and Subscriptions. All financial transactions are processed directly by the store provider (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Amazon Appstore). We do not collect or store your credit card or bank details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following purposes:

  1. To Provide the Service: To manage game state, achievements, and cloud functions (via Firebase).
  2. To Improve the Apps: Analyzing usage data to fix bugs (Crashlytics) and balance gameplay difficulty.
  3. Advertising: To serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements via AdMob and mediation partners.
  4. Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations (e.g., KVKK, GDPR).

4. Third-Party Services and Data Processors

We share data with third-party vendors who help us operate the Apps. Below are links to the Privacy Policies of the specific services we use:

A. Analytics, Backend & Crash Reporting

We use Google Firebase services to host the game, store data, and analyze stability.

B. Advertising Networks

We use mediation to display ads from multiple sources. These networks may use your Advertising ID to serve personalized ads.

C. Game Services

We use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to manage consent.

  • For Users in the EEA/UK: Upon first launch, you will be presented with a consent form asking for permission to use your data for personalized ads. You can manage these preferences in the App settings at any time.
  • For Users in the US: We support Limited Data Use (LDU) and provide opt-out mechanisms as required by CCPA/CPRA.
