1. Introduction

Ramazan SAĞLAM (operating under the nickname “Foxtrio”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play our mobile applications: Physics! Fun and Dumpster! Dive (collectively, the “Apps”).

We are based in Türkiye and act as the Data Controller (Veri Sorumlusu) under applicable data protection law.

By accessing or playing our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

2. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address (Personally Identifiable Information/PII).

A. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system (OS) version, language settings, time zone, and screen size.
  • Identifiers: IP address (anonymized where possible), Advertising IDs (Apple IDFA or Google Advertising ID/GAID).
  • Usage Data: In-app actions such as buttons clicked, objects selected, game progress, session length, and crash reports.

B. Financial Information

Our Apps offer In-App Purchases (IAP) and Subscriptions. All financial transactions are processed directly by the relevant store provider (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Amazon Appstore). We do not collect or store any payment card or bank details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following purposes:

  1. To Provide the Service: To manage game state, achievements, and cloud functions (via Firebase).
  2. To Improve the Apps: Analyzing usage data to fix bugs (via Crashlytics) and to balance gameplay.
  3. Advertising: To serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements via AdMob and our mediation partners.
  4. Legal Compliance: To meet our obligations under applicable law (e.g., KVKK, GDPR).

4. Data Retention

We retain automatically collected data (such as usage analytics and crash reports) only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Crash report data (Crashlytics) is retained for 90 days. Advertising IDs and related signals are governed by the retention policies of each respective third-party partner.

A. Türkiye (KVKK - Law No. 6698)

Under the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Ramazan SAĞLAM is the Data Controller (Veri Sorumlusu).

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
  • Request information about how your personal data has been processed.
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used for its intended purpose.
  • Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred (domestic or abroad).
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
  • Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data.
  • Object to results arising solely from automated processing of your data.

B. European Union (GDPR)

C. United States (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not “sell” personal data for monetary consideration. However, sharing identifiers with ad networks (such as AdMob, Unity, and Meta) may constitute “sharing” or “selling” under California law. You may opt out via the privacy settings within the App.

D. Brazil (LGPD)

Under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you have the right to confirm whether your data is processed, to access it, and to request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your country or jurisdiction. Data is processed by our partners (Google, Meta, Unity) primarily on servers in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions where applicable to ensure an adequate level of protection for these transfers.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 16 (or under 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it from our servers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide a more prominent notice (such as an in-app notification). We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
