Ramazan SAĞLAM (operating under the nickname “Foxtrio”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you play our mobile applications: Physics! Fun and Dumpster! Dive (collectively, the “Apps”).

By accessing or playing our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
We do not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address (Personally Identifiable Information/PII).
Our Apps offer In-App Purchases (IAP) and Subscriptions. All financial transactions are processed directly by the relevant store provider (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Amazon Appstore). We do not collect or store any payment card or bank details.

We retain automatically collected data (such as usage analytics and crash reports) only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. We do not “sell” personal data for monetary consideration. However, sharing identifiers with ad networks (such as AdMob, Unity, and Meta) may constitute “sharing” or “selling” under California law. You may opt out via the privacy settings within the App.
Under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you have the right to confirm whether your data is processed, to access it, and to request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data.
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your country or jurisdiction. Data is processed by our partners (Google, Meta, Unity) primarily on servers in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions where applicable to ensure an adequate level of protection for these transfers.
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 16 (or under 13 in the United States). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it from our servers.
